Bt21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing the bt21 website, registering an account, or using any services provided by the platform, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with and be subject to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to refrain from using the bt21 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bt21 as the platform operator. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any bt21 services. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under applicable law.

Bt21 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.

All financial transactions on the bt21 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). bt21 supports several local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers and e-wallets such as Boost, making it easy and secure for Malaysian users to manage their funds.

Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and obtained through legitimate means. bt21 reserves the right to hold or reject any transaction suspected of involving unlawful funds or suspicious activity. Any attempt to conduct money laundering through the bt21 platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by bt21 and are subject to change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in your account section after logging in. Withdrawals are subject to internal review processes and the processing timeframes stated on the platform. bt21 is not liable for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.

Any refunds or transaction reversals will be processed in accordance with bt21's internal policies and are not guaranteed in all circumstances. Users with transaction disputes should contact the bt21 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

All content on the bt21 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of bt21 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any bt21 platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from bt21.

Such links are provided for user convenience only. bt21 has no control over the content of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of this document be found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
